Registered PA voters have three easy voting options.

Vote by Mail.

Pennsylvanians now have the option to vote by mail. No reason is needed. Registered voters can choose this option because they will be away from home or simply because it is their preference.

Voting by mail is safe, simple, and secure. You can follow your ballot in real time, from the moment you apply to vote by mail to the time it is received and counted at the elections office.

Click here to apply for a mail in ballot, fill it out and return it to the Washington County Board of Elections at 100 W. Beau Street, Suite 206, Washington, PA 15301.

Detailed instructions can be found at VotesPa.com.

Vote at the Polls.

If you choose to vote in person, head to the polls on Election Da, between 7 a.m and 8 p.m. Need to learn where to vote? Click here to be taken to Washington County Elections Board’s map of polling locations. Enter your address in the box in the upper left hand corner to get directions and a picture of your polling location.

Vote at the Elections Office.

For the first time ever, you can now vote before Election Day by going to the elections office. It’s called in-person absentee voting, and though the name is confusing the process is very easy.

Simply go to the Washington County Board of Elections at 100 W. Beau Street, Suite 206, Washington, PA 15301, during office hours in the weeks before the election.

You’ll be able to request, mark, and submit your ballot all in the same visit. No reason is needed for this form of “absentee” voting, but you should bring your driver’s license or other approved identification with you.
